I have 1 room for rental in my house. It is the attic room of the second floor (21 m2), and it is fully furnished. The ground floor of the house is shared and it is composed of kitchen, living room, toilet, shower cabin. In the first and second floor there are three bedrooms.
Internet, electricity, and water bill are included in the monthly fee. Gas is paid apart according to the personal consumption. The house is completely insulated. The house is located in de Limburgstraat (2020, Antwerpen), 4 km from the city center.
We are looking for a person with the following characteristics: 1) he is a male,  non-smoker, and he speaks English; 2) he holds a job (with a documented contract) for the whole duration of the stay. 3) He is younger than 50 years old; 4) He pays ahead a deposit of one month to be given back at his  departure + 250 euro of gas deposit 5) he will not bring wife or kids at home. This is a room for 1 person.
